Shirley A. McNeill (SAM) Founder/ Owner and Broker of McWms Realty, LLC brings 20 plus years experience to her clients in Real Estate and Mortgage Financing. SAM has held licenses in the states of Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.

SAM has an Associates Degree in Nursing. She has continued her education by taking courses in Business Management, Sociology, and Public Speaking. With this diverse background of study SAM is able to bring to her clients a gentle touch, business savvy, and a niche in negotiations.
